Burda Druck is the largest printer of schoolbooks in India and is a supplier not only to Indian states.

From India, BURDA also exports to African countries. Through new technologies and procedures, schoolbooks can be produced at very low prices, which is important in order to give low-income groups access to education.

The German investment not only creates jobs in India, but Burda Druck India also contributes to vocational education and training in India. The contribution to development by private enterprises was discussed during the visit. Enlarge image

PStS Silberhorn’s next stop was Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where he participated in the 52nd annual meeting of the African Development Bank as the representative of Germany.
