Conference on "Invest in Germany – Advantages from North to South" in Mumbai

The German Embassy New Delhi together with the German Consulate-General Mumbai and Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI) organised a conference on “Invest in Germany – Advantages from North to South” on 27th January in Mumbai.
It was also supported by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Dr Nicole Hoffmeister Kraut, Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour and Housing in the Federal State of Baden Württemberg, attended the conference and spoke on “Why Indian investors should come to Germany/Baden-Württemberg”. Dr Corinna Fricke represented the German Embassy New Delhi and gave the closing remarks.
The conference focused on Germany being an excellent destination for Indian investors to do business within and beyond the European Union, offering a wide range of assets like highly skilled labour, top-class infrastructure, unrivalled know-how in technology as well as excellent working and living conditions. Indian entrepreneurs also had the opportunity to interact with various business and investment promotion agencies representing a large number of German federal states and regions.
