Ambassador Dr Ney and Dr Gabriele Ney play the opening concert of the 7th Raasrang World Flute Festival

Ambassador Dr Martin Ney together with his wife Dr Gabriele Ney set the tone for an enthralling evening, when they played a western classical flute concert at the 7th edition of the Raasrang World Flute Festival at India Habitat Centre on 21st September. 

They played sonatas by famous composers including Mozart and Beethoven. The audience was fascinated by this rare inspiring performance of western classical music in India. 

The Raasrang World Flute Festival is taking place from 21st to 25th September and is dedicated to global peace. Hosted by the Krishna Prerna Charitable Trust, the event is partnered by United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan and Indian Council for Cultural Relations. 27 flautists and various other artists from all over the world are performing during the 4-day event.
