Job Opening at the German Consulate General Bangalore

 

The German Consulate General Bangalore is looking for suitable candidates for a job as security agent from 01.06.2012 onwards.

Job Description:

1.         Searching / checking all  visitors of the new Consulate General

2.         Searching / checking the visitors of the new Passport and Visa section by

           metal detector

3.         Surveillance of the entrance area of the Consulate General

4.         Cooperation with police post in front of the Consulate General

Necessary Qualifications:

1.         Basic working knowledge of English Language (German language knowledge 
            appreciated but not mandatory)

2.         Knowledge of at least one of the two South Indian languages : Kannada or Malayalam

3.         Polite behaviour with visitors and good communication skills

3.         Physical fitness and/or knowledge in self-defense would be appreciated

4.         Prior experience in the security sector or similar work field would be desirable.
